They call their language “A modern programming language that makes developers happier.”

It’s become the recommended language by Google for building Android apps, though it can be used for servers and web front-ends as well.

While the language is open source, the company that’s behind it (JetBrains) invests a ton into their paid IDE (IntelliJ IDEA) to make the coding experience even better.

I think this language looks like one of the best out there.
